WhizPets Refund Policy

At WhizPets, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you and your pets are happy with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods (like pet food or treats that have been opened), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are on sale or items that were marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at support@whizpets.com.

Shipping Returns

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
